Do we need to replace our current software?

No. Our default is to work around the systems your team already depends on and connect the gaps between them. We only recommend replacing something when the system itself is genuinely the constraint.

Does every workflow need AI?

No. AI is useful when the work involves messy text, documents, classification, extraction, or summarization. For many processes, a direct integration or rules-based workflow is more reliable and less expensive.
